Billing and Payments

Payment information can be added and updated at any time through "My Settings". You can also find a full summary of your subscription level. Select your name at the top right of the screen, followed by "My Settings" to access.

Add and update payment details

You can update your credit card information, or add a new card, by selecting the "Billing" tab under "My Settings". Add a new card by selecting “Add a Payment Method” at the top right of your screen. 


Set a default card and delete old payment methods

If your account contains more than one payment method, one of the cards will be set as the default card for payment charges. To set a card as the default, select the triple-dot icon at the top right of the card thumbnail, and then select "Set as Default". 

To delete a card, select the triple-dot icon at the top right of the card, and then select "Remove Card".


View and print invoices

Below your credit card information ("Payment Methods"), you will find your purchase history. If you need to print invoices, click on the triple-dot icon to the right of the purchase and select “Download”. The invoice will open in a new window. 


Manage subscription and storage

From the Billings and Usage screen, you can cancel your subscription if needed.  The account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will see a notice detailing the date your subscription will end.   Additionally, on the same screen, if you need to increase or decrease the amount of storage for your account, you can do so by clicking the "Modify your storage" link.
